Overview
MY PEARL Inc.("we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of our users("user" or "you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website my-pearl.us(and our mobile application), including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto(collectively, the "site"). Personal Data
Personally identifiable information, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number, and demographic information, such as your age, gender, hometown, and interests, that you voluntarily give to us(when you register with the Site) or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Site, such as online chat and message boards. Derivative Data

If you are using our mobile application, this information may also include your device name and type, your operating system, your phone number, your country, your likes and replies to a post, and other interactions with the application and other users via server log files. as well as any other information you choose to provide.

Section 6 - Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other types of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuses by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information. 
Section 7 - Do Not Track
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems(and our mobile applications) include a Do-Not-Track("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
Section 8 - Your Rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including Canada and the United States. 

Section 9 - Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site. and you will waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.

If there are any changes in how we use our site customers Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
