Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer FREE and Fully Insured Priority Shipping on ALL orders.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we may contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Additional processing time (3 business days) may be required for international orders.

We may not be able to ship to every country. If we are unable to process your order we will notify you and refund your full order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MY PEARL Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Unfortunately, we can’t calculate these costs as they vary from country to country.

If a return is requested, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipment cost. For refunds, we will not be able to offer refunds on international shipping costs, only up to the maximum value of the products purchased.
